Prodrive Racing (Australia)'s Mark Winterbottom has taken a clean sweep of races seven and eight at the Perth SuperSprint putting him at the top of the championship leader board.
Winterbottom was able to jump ahead of team mate Chaz Mosert at the start of race seven, while he lead race eight from start to finish.
Mostert took home his first ever pole position from the track at which he debuted in 2013, continuing his good fortune at Barbagallo Raceway.
While he was beaten at the start line, the young gun was able to hold onto second place and take home yet another trophy, before finishing fourth in race eight.

Race 7 Result: 1st
Race 8 Quali: 1st

"It was a pretty good day overall. Race one was tough, I beat Chaz off the line but he was quicker for sure. When we gapped (Craig) Lowndes we just tried to race each other but it was great to get the win. We tuned the car up for race two and it was really nice to drive. It's nice to have those races because they don't always go as smooth as that one but I got off the line well and just managed from there. It was an awesome day for the team to get a pole position which although we got the Grand Prix and Eastern Creek, it's been about 12 or 14 months so it's been a long time. It was great for Chaz to get pole too and for us to get some wins on the board."
Chaz Mostert - #6 Pepsi Max PRA Ford:
Race 7 Quali: 1st
Race 7 Result: 2nd
Race 8 Quali: 5th
Race 8 Result: 4th
"I'm pretty pumped after today. It was awesome to get a one, two with Frosty in race one and then to see Frosty win the last one was great. It's great for the team. We had a good five or so week break and came here pretty strong. It was good to get second and fourth and help my championship position a lot. The aim now is to keep getting consistent results. Tomorrow's going to be tricky on the soft tyres but hopefully we go even quicker on them. We're gearing up for a good Sunday I think."
Tim Edwards – Team Principal
"Today was a really great day for the team. For Chaz to get his first ever pole and then a pole and back-to-back wins for Mark as well, it was fantastic. Overall we are very happy but there's still another race tomorrow for big points so now we turn our focus to that."
DUNLOP SERIES – PERTH SATURDAY WRAP
Prodrive Racing's Cameron Waters recovered after a rough start to race one of the Dunlop Series today after qualifying second. Waters was pushed back to third before well and truly bouncing back to gain a six second lead over Chris Pither. The win now puts him 20 points ahead of nearest rival Paul Dumbrell to lead the Dunlop Series championship.
Cameron Waters - #5 ENZED PRA Ford:
"I made a bit of a meal of the race at the start, I had pretty bad wheel spin and fell back to third, but I knew I had a pretty good race car after a couple of laps. I just looked after the tyres and picked the other drivers off one by one and I was just conserving at the end so I really couldn't be happier. It's great to be leading the championship now but it's still early days."
